John Doyle is a founder and Managing Director of Peachtree Capital Advisors. He has closed over twenty M&A; transactions and holds his Series 7 and 24 licenses.
After graduating from Dartmouth College in 1995 with a double major in Engineering and Economics, Mr. Doyle specialized in the business information services and specialty media and marketing services at Veronis Suhler Stevenson (VSS). While at VSS, Mr. Doyle performed M&A; advisory services to sell-side and buy-side clients, in addition to developing platform acquisition strategies, performing leveraged buy out analysis and conducting due diligence for the VSS private equity funds.
In 2000, Mr. Doyle successfully launched a digital production company in Los Angeles, CA, developing both online and offline digital content. In 2001, the company transitioned to focusing solely on raising money for offline film and television projects. Mr. Doyle has worked with Conde Nast, Fox Cable Networks, 20th Century Fox, Writers & Artists Agency and Revolution Studios.
In 2004, Mr. Doyle returned to media investment banking with The Jordan, Edmiston Group, Inc. His primary responsibilities included developing qualitative and quantitative analytical materials at each phase of the M&A; transaction process. Highly experienced in valuing, analyzing and positioning media businesses, Mr. Doyle was responsible for closing more than ten media M&A; transactions.
Mr. Tomsic is a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of operating experience in the software industry. Mr. Tomsic was the founder or co-founder of several Southern California software companies, including Candle Corporation and MDS Software, which achieved highly successful exits. His contributions as CEO to these companies helped develop them into leaders within their respective vertical markets.
Mr. Tomsic is also a member of several professional organizations, such as the Pasadena Angels, where he serves as a member of the board of directors. In addition, Mr. Tomsic is Chairman Emeritus of the Executive Committee of the Caltech/MIT Enterprise Forum, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Business Incubation Network of Southern California (BINS) and Co-Chair of LA Metro for Cleantech Open.
He frequently presents and speaks on the topics of entrepreneurship and technology — most recently at the MIT Leadership Conference and the TX Entrepreneur TEP Expo Conference in Tokyo, Japan.
Jeff Jensen is a seasoned advertising executive who joined Peachtree from Vesta Green Marketing Solutions, where he was President and CEO of the leading provider of sustainable marketing solutions in the U.S.
Prior to Vesta Green Marketing Solutions, Mr. Jensen served as President of Adspace Networks, where he was instrumental in raising two sizable rounds of funding. Under his leadership, the company grew to become one of the recognized leaders in the digital out-of-home industry.
Mr. Jensen was also previously Senior Vice President of Sales and Retail Marketing at News America Marketing and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prestige Publications. He is a graduate of Moravian College.
Thomas Homola is an experienced operating executive who has worked with technology companies across multiple verticals. Prior to joining Peachtree, Mr. Homola was President of Hospital Broadcast Network, an in-hospital advertising network. Previously, he also worked in senior management positions with Distributed Media Corporation, NCT Group, EDIUSA, and Applied Information for Marketing, and has served as an IT consultant with many Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Homola started his career as a software developer, then founded his first company two years out of college targeting application development in banks and brokerage companies. Mr. Homola brings both the ability and knowledge necessary to help build strategic relationships that result in a win-win for business partners.
Mr. Homola graduated from Marist College with a degree in Public Administration.
